Job Title: INVAS Engineer

Position Requirements:

1.       Devise and implement plans for network technical service support and project delivery, provide standard and professional service for users, and ensure customer problems are solved timely.

2.       Optimize localized maintenance process and project delivery process and organization.

3.       Maintain equipment running quality and provide equipment maintenance. Complete routine maintenance, INVAS planning and optimisation.

4.       Provide high level support to internal engineers and to customers. Be the high level technical interface with the customers.

5.       Do upgrades and migrations, Be on standby 247 for remote support as required.

6.       Provide support for pre-sales and post-sales marketing. Compile BOQs for new and expansion projects. Provide training to internal staff and customers.

7.       Roll out and complete acceptance of new INVAS network products. Integrate INVAS network into any existing INVAS network products. Implement new INVAS project, Write technical reports, KPI reports, maintenance reports etc.

8.       Know how to hardware installation.

9.       Organize weekly Customer Support meeting with Customer.

10.   Knowledge transfer to the local engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Must be willing to travel for long periods of time away from base.

2.       Must be willing to work non-standard work hours if required.

3.       Must have at least 3 years INVAS network equipment experience.

4.       Must be an expert on at least some of the following INVAS network products such as IN,SMSC,MMSC,WAPGW,MDSP,Mediation,Provition,SRS,DT,RBT etc.

5.       INVAS design experience is preferable. Strong knowledge of products such as IN,SMSC,SRS,RBT,DT is preferable.

6.       Strong knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, H.248, MAP, CAMEL, INAP, V5.1V5.2, ISDN, IP route is preferable.

7.       Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.

8.       Good Communication skills and multi-cultural environment experience is preferred Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and written in English. Ability for project management, communication, and coordination.
