海外招聘: Microwave Planning Optimization Engineer

Responsibilities:

Here following is the job description of the microwave network planning position. The candidate should be willing to work with challenges together with Huawei in the field of mobile backhaul transmission network planning, optimization and design. Here following are the detailed responsibilities for this position:

    Responsible for the success of microwave planning & design delivery in project

    Team building of microwave network planning & design

    Time scheduling of microwave planning & design delivery

    Man-power analysisplanning and resource mobilization

    Kickoff meeting and project startup

    Subcontractor management, outsourcing SOW preparation, etc.

    Lead the team to deliver the microwave planning & design as per SOW

    Quality control and assurance

    SOP promotion in any project to regulate the deliver activities so as to reduce any chaos

    Guide preparation for Mobile backhaul transmission network planning and design

    Technical seminar or negotiation with customer if required

    Pre-sales support and technical clarification if any requirement from projects or countries.

    Microwave transmission network planning and design optimization.

    Competence improvement training of team members if required

    Technical Support on the microwave network planning and design tools for the project delivery.

Requirements:

  Bachelor or above, majoring in Telecoms, Electronics, Electromagnetic, etc.

  8+ years experience of microwave transmission planning, optimization or design in recent years.

  Good knowledge of backhaul transmission network planning, MW link budget, antenna system, IP fundamental, etc.

  Familiar with one or two of Microwave design tools, i.e, Mentum Ellipse, Atoll, Aircom Connect, IQLINK, Tems Link planner, RPT, NetAct, and Pathloss etc.

  Language: English should be fluently in writing & speaking, the more languages are preferred.

  Excellent team work with good communications and interpersonal skills.

Business travel to provinces.
