| 一、主要职责1.熟悉中国电信的技术规范、工程规范、验收规范。2.根据工程设计图纸和工程过程文档，准备在线验收资料，核对验收资料准确性。3.对接DITO验收小组进行现场验收的组织安排。4.根据DITO验收小组的遗留问题清单，推动分包商进行整改形成整改报告。5.对验收中出现的质量问题进行定期分析，组织土建及电信设备安装团队进行预验收，提高验收通过率。二、资质要求1.大学本科及以上学历，土建或通信、计算机相关专业。2.熟悉电信建设工程相关专业（土建、电力、电信等）设计规范和施工规范，包括中国和菲律宾相关专业的规范；3.优秀的沟通和谈判能力。4.具备基本的英文口语和书写能力。I． Responsibility1. Learn and Understandard the Acceptance requirments of DITO project, 2. Organize and arrange the Acceptance Activities with DITO PAT team.3. Prepare Pass/fail file according to the feedback of DITO PAT Team.4. Consolidate Punchlist, 5. Rectification Report Approval follow up and coordinate6. Update Punch list to add Rec Report comments.7. CME and TI Align meeting, and share Meeting MinutesII Requirements1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communications, computer, Civil work or equivalent)2. Basic knowledge of Civil works, Telecom Tower, Structure, Telecom architecture.3. 5 years telecom Project PAT experience, or DDD experience, or Quality Assurance experience.4. knowledgeable of schedule analysis, and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in documentation, document processing and MS Office/ACAD applications.6. Well-organized and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.7. Flexible to work long hours as demanded by projects8. Willing to be assigned in Davao City and traveling within MIN. |
