职位名称： Technical Center Manager

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:

1、Provide technical support to customers and Service Business Unit; This is
mainly role:

2、Supporting sales forces and service teams in best possible way to
introduce our products and solutions;

3、Providing customer acceptance solution andor product introduction
workshop in a professional way;

4、Build and manage the technical support team

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

 1、Technical specific ticket handling;

 2、Emergency service handling;

 3、Offsite support for customer acceptance solution and or troubleshooting;

 4、Conducting of enabling workshops for onsite engineer;

 5、Close communication and feedback cycle to R&D;

 6、Maintenance content providing;

 7、Documentation tasks, upgrade procedure, acceptance test manual, andor
other customer documentation review and writing.

EDUCATIONQUALIFICATIONS:

 1、Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Computer Engineering, or
other IT-related.

 2、4-6years GSM,WCDMA,CDMA  technologiesproduct

  3、Knowledge of Team Management
