岗位职责及要求：
Responsibilities:
Provide emergency and technical support to Nortel??s GSMGPRS Asia customers for NSSCORE product. Take proper actions to ensure an ongoing improvement in customer satisfaction. Maintain close communications with key customers, both internal and external.
Be responsible for the immediate investigation and recovery of system outage and degradation and the follow up analysis leading to the final resolution of the root cause of the problems
To provide prompt and timely investigations and resolution for field problems in GSMDCS products. Provide technical assistance to our field service-engineering group in Asia
To interface with oversea Design and Design Support group to investigate and resolve design issues. Work with VO product groups or integration team to coordinate and perform verification of software or hardware release
Requirements:
Min 1 year working experience in field support services GNTSETAS VO function is preferred
Experience with Unix, LAN, X.25, CCS7 operation and administration would be an advantage
Good technical and analyticaltrouble-shooting skills
Speak fluent English and Chinese
Good oral and written communication skills
Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill
Easy to work with others and be a good team player
Knowledge of GSMDCS wireless network is an advantage
Electrical EngineeringComputer Science Bachelor degree or equivalent
