Provide low-level design services in the many technologies related to Converged Voice and Video Design.

Install and troubleshoot voice and IP Telephony solutions based on Huawei DATACOM products and solutions .Document and share information learned on projects with peers

Assist Solutions Architects and Account Managers in discovery and design of customer solutions.

Working as team leader for IP backhaul,IPRAN or IPCORE  Projects: IP Back Bone project: this network connected to all GSM core network equipments and carry Data and Voice traffic (contain more than 50 Routers). IPRAN project: This networ Connected to NodeB,RNC.
(Contain more than 150 Routers), expertly use  MP-BGB, L3VPN,
MPLS TE, and QOS , and Internet Gateway project: This network carry all users internet traffic to upstream provider.

work as network maintain leaderengineer for Service provider Datacom project.

Senior (Grade17&above) 高级数通工程师

Bachelor or above: can use English as the working language  Huawei ,CISCO,Juniper Certification.  
Huawei ---HCNA,HCNP,HCIE. CCIE  or Juniper coequal certificate.  
Should provide certificate ID. 7 year work experience for telecom Vendors or service provider at least.  Know transmission network structure very well. work as team leader or Technical director for 2 big Datacom project (mid-high end routers more than 40 sets)

Middle (Grade 15-16) 中级数通工程师

Bachelor or above: can use English as the working language

Huawei, CISCO,Juniper Certification. Huawei ---HCNA,HCNP,HCIE.
CCIE, Cisco Certified Network Professional "CCNP"
Cisco Certified Security Professional" CCSP"
Cisco Firewall Specialist
Cisco IOS Security Specialist
Cisco Information Security Specialist or Juniper coequal certificate.  
Should provide certificate ID.

5 year work experience for telecom Vendors or service provider at least.
Know transmission network structure very well.

Can quickly learn and be trained to use Huawei design software, then design the network with huawei customer with necessary document. Output design

Junior (Grade13-14) 初级数通工程师

 Bachelor or above

Huawei ,CISCO, Juniper Certification. CCNA,JICNA,

Three (3) years work experience at least
