As a software design engineer (protocol stack) for R&S, the candidate will design, implement and test digital protocol stack within a radio communication test instrument for cellular technologies, e.g. TD SCDMA, and other cellular air interfaces. The candidate will join a closely knit team of experienced engineers building the next generation products for the cellular communications industry. Typical duties performed as follow:

Fault trace and solution of protocol stack.

Establishing a communication link between customer and development group.建立并保持研发团队与客户之间的沟通联系；

Development of solutions for specific customer requirements.研发满客户定制需求的产品方案；

ExperienceQualifications职位要求：

At least Bachelor degree in EE from a famous university, master or higher preferred.
重点大学学士毕业， 电子工程或通信工程专业；硕士及其以上学位毕业优先；

Ability to speakreadwritepresent in English clearly for both internal and customer communications at a technical level. 能够使用英语听说读讲，并进行技术层面的沟通；

Experience in working with international teams. 具有跨国公司或多文化背景工作经验；

A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. 至少3年相关领域工作经验；

Proven ability designing, implementing, debugging and understanding complex hardwaresoftware systems and projects. 必须具备理解、设计、实现、调试复杂软硬件系统及相关项目的能力；

Proven knowledge on layer L2L3 of cellular standard. 具有L2L3无线通信协议知识；

Familiar with protocol stack development procedure.
熟悉协议软件的开发流程与方法;

Knowledge on 3GPP TD-SCDMA standard.
熟悉TD-SCDMA相关协议;

 Experience in TD-SCDMA multi-carrier and HSPA+.
具有TD-SCDMA系统多载波和HSPA+的实现经验。
