Job Description:

Work with technical marketing leaderengineers and translate marketing requirements into system level requirements, hardwaresoftware requirements, interfaces and architectures. Closely work with software team in mapping architecturesdesigns into implementation. Leading team in supporting system integration and problem solving in order to push our product into market with proved quality under critical project schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in electronic engineering, telecommunication, computer science

2. 5+ years software development experience in wireless access system. Good knowledge of telecommunication system development process, quality management system and product life cycle.

3. Comprehensive experiences with product-level requirement analysisdecomposition, architectureinterface design and system integration supporting.

4. Proficient with LTE wireless communication system and embedded system design and implementation.

5. Experiences with TDSCDMALTE UE chipset architecture design is preferable

6. Demonstrated skills in problem-solving in fast paced and often multi-project environment.

7. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.

8. Strong accountability in making things done on time with high quality.

9. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral

4. 有较强的嵌入式系统架构开发经验，有LTE通信系统架构经验或终端产品架构开发经验者优先

5. 熟悉TDSLTE UE芯片架构和设计者优先

6. 具备较强的解决技术问题的能力并能同时支持多个产品或项目。

7. 具备较强的沟通能力和团队协助能力

8. 具备较强的责任心，能按照质量要求按时将事情做好，并不断的改进和提高

9. 具备较强的英文听说读写能力
