岗位职责及要求：
Requirements
1 Bachelor degree in the relevant background
2.At least 3 years working experience in telecommunication business. Strong working experience and skills.
3.Good knowledge for RF measurements and mobile phone antenna theory.
4.Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical material properties of antenna subaeemblies.
5.Good team-player
6.Ability to communicate with all kinds of people
7.Good English skills both in oral and written
Duty
1. Responsible for designing,simulating,testing and document reporting,the best solutions possible for antennas which based on customer demand,also need described in terms of suitable SAR,board band gain ,radiation pattern and efficiency in actual usage conditions to customer.
2. The antennas to be designed can include dualtriple-band ,and also based on GSMPCNPCS,GPS,Bluetooth internal and external antenna equirepment.
