Capability Verification team in Nokia Devices Customization (CCV team) is looking for a Specialist, Software Test to join our dynamic, fast-paced enthusiastic team. We need someone who is willing to learn fast, raise the quality bar on accelerated schedules, and who can maintain a sense of humor under pressure.

Key responsibilities within your area will include:

•Build uniform global way of working into Customization tool chain verification

•Define and document global testing process and practices

•Deliver measures to track testing teams performance

•Monitor the service level and raise any issues

•Ensure that agreed priorities are applied in practice

•Ensure that agreed schedules are held andor deviations communicated clearly as soon as they become apparent and implement corrective actions

•Issues preventing a CCV center team from meeting their targets are raised and tracked by the responsible specialist

Key measures of success:

•Verification lead times meet the target and schedules

•Same verification processes and practices used globally

•Verification capabilities available on different sites and subcontractors according to plan

Qualifications

•Typically 6 years relevant experience for instance in R&D. Understanding of Nokia SW development and verification practices and Nokia SW delivery chains

•Good networking, communication and problem solving skills

•Familiar with devices customization area. Interest in improving processes and product quality

•High energy, desire to win and passion to contribute to the execution of variant creation

•Ability to work under high pressure

•M.Sc. Or B.Sc. in relevant area

•Ability to work with multisite virtual teams

•Capability to travel
