We are seeking several (Senior) system integration engineer in Nokia Mobile Phones FPD Beijing .

You will be responsible for the technical investigation and development in relation to our Feature phone products.

You will work with some of the hottest mobile technologies on the market. Join a highly motivated team to build mobile phone product

Your key tasks and responsibilities will comprise:

· Synchronize HW & SW deliveries to match efficient Product development flow

· Prioritize critical deliveries to achieve highest synergy and momentum towards Products Top Level Execution Plan

· Drive new componentfeature introduction by aligning the implementation strategy and the corresponding HW testing strategy. This includes collecting and distributing prototypes for sub teams and 3rd party chipset supplier.

· Deliver plan and align introduction of security chain in corporation with SecuritySW manager

· Setup and drive cross functional task force teams to solve business critical issues

· Support Program management in product top level planning & milestone reviews

Qualifications

The ideal candidate have a (strong) experience in HW development with a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, telecommunication or other relevant field in Baseband areas (Master Degree is preferred), Typically 5+ years relevant experience with system design integration. Applies wide technical knowledge and soft skill, solving complex problems within own area, acting as the key contributor of the Engine, product and sub team.

·Good understanding on Engine (Platform ) product development process

·Knowledge on both HW and SW development

·Capability for technical dialogue and good co-operation with internal stakeholders and suppliers

·Self-driven and ability to work independently and make decisions

·Knowledge of established habits and cultural ways of working

·Proactive and honest in nature and be able to co-work with colleague.

· Fluent speaking in presentation skills and written communication skills in English

· Experience in interfacing with component and third part Engine (Platform) suppliers

· Networking and communication skills
