Smart Devices Supply Chain Creation ATP (Alignment, Testing and Programming) is part of Product Supply Chain Creation and responsible for Chipset and Device specific Supply Chain ATP capability creation including RF Modem Adaptation and Production (ENO) Software, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and quality for Nokia Smart Devices.

In the role of Senior Engineer, ATP you are accountable for the development and integration of production test and RF tuning methods for Smart Devices products.

Your responsibilities are

-Strong collaboration with internal or external R&D design teams to ensure that the product design is optimized for the mass production test and RF tuning process.

-Implementation of highest level efficient and re-usable solutions.

-Test system preparation and on-site support for prototype manufacturing events.

-Collaboration and co-operation with factories ensuring to meet the ramp up targets.

-Documentation and releasing of implemented Soft- and Hardware solutions.

Qualifications

To succeed in the position you need to have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electronics, RF engineering or Communication engineering or related field.

Furthermore we expect you to have:

-Good programming skills in C C#.

-Solid knowledge about cellular and non-cellular RF-technologies is a must.

-Curiosity in production processes and knowledge about production test systems is appreciated

-Good understanding of lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.

-High level communication and presentation skills.

-Attitude to drive deliverables and work towards strategic goals.

-Project management skills.

-Experience of working in multi-cultural and cross-function teams.

-Fluent written and spoken English.

-Innovative and open mind, willing to do and try something different

-Readiness to travel is essential
