你将成为诺基亚开发人员体验团队的一员，负责通过世界级开发人员拓展计划吸引开发人员，并提供相应的技术支持服务，以便开发人员能够高效地设计、开发、分发领先的诺基亚 S40 设备用户体验，并将其转化为收益。你的职责是向开发人员社区推广诺基亚提供的最新技术，并在诺基亚内部传达 S40 开发人员的意愿，确保开发人员能够访问所需的工具、程序和支持，以便设计、开发、分发其应用程序，并向诺基亚用户推广这些应用程序。 你将负责为最新的开发人员服务宣传造势，并与开发人员协同工作，以便交付独特且有创意的应用程序，充分展示我们所提供服务的潜力。 你的工作紧紧围绕移动技术，通过使用最新的工具并与全球各地的本地团队协同推广我们的开发人员服务，你将取得辉煌的成就。你将在会议上、车间、用户组等场所与开发人员进行密切交流。你可以轻松自如地与博客作家和分析师进行交谈，并经常上网、编写博客和微博，以及参与论坛讨论。

特定职责包括：

· 通过与使用诺基亚的开发人员产品和计划构建应用程序和业务的第三方开发人员进行密切交流，为这些产品和计划宣传造势并推动其取得成功。

· 向更广阔的开发人员社区推广 S40 开发人员产品。

· 与开发人员展开技术和设计讨论，从而加快推广速度并确保在实施期间采用最佳实践。

Qualifications

Back in April 2011, Nokia announced that China has become its Global Innovation hub for Mobile Phone and New Windows Phone. Following the announcement, Nokia quickly launched a large-scale business transformation program to ramp up Beijing R&D capabilities, specifically the Beijing innovation R&D hub and is now recruiting up to 600 new employees by mid-2012.

Developer Evangelist

You will be part of the Nokia Developer Experience team, responsible for engaging developers through world-class developer outreach programs and providing technical support services that enable developers to efficiently design, develop, distribute and monetize leading edge consumer experiences on Nokia S40 devices. Your role is to evangelize the latest technologies Nokia has to offer to the developer community and for representing the voice of the S40 developer within Nokia, ensuring that they have access to tools, programs and support they need to design, develop, distribute and promote their apps to Nokia customers. You job is to create excitement and momentum for the latest developer offerings, and to work with developers to deliver unique and creative apps that showcase the potential of our offerings. You are about mobile technologies and thrive on playing with the latest tools and working with local teams around the world to promote our developer offerings. You will engage with developers at conferences, workshops, user groups etc. You are comfortable discussing technologies with bloggers and analysts and are active online, blogging and tweeting and participating in discussion boards.

Specific Responsibilities include:

· Create excitement for and drive the success of Nokias developer products and programs by engaging with third party developers building applications and businesses on them.
· Evangelize the adoption of S40 developer products to the broader developer community.
· Participate in technical and design discussions with developers to speed adoption and ensure best practices during implementation.
· Evangelize Nokia developer products in person and online.
· Advocate for developers within Nokia, and influence our developer product strategy by working with teams across the company.

You will be measured on the size and activity of the developer community and number and quality of apps in the app store and developer satisfactionpreference.

The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities:
· BABS in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Excellent communications skills oral and written

· Demonstrated track record leveraging socialdigital media - blogging, tweeting, writing technical articles, participating in discussion boards, preferably with an existing follower base.
· Strong command of mobile application development landscapes especially for S40 tools and technologies
· Experience working directly with developers and understanding of the developer landscape and drivers

· Proven track record as a software developer, architect, technology evangelist,or consultant working with web or mobile technologies. .
· Solid programming abilities in one or more of the following languages: Java, HTML5, Qt, C++
