Description
We are looking for an Agile & Lean Specialist to work with Mobile Phones R&D teams in Beijing. As a main role you will be responsible for supporting the operational development in one of the Mobile Phones sub-units (R&D function) and together with the Business owners there drive the way-of-working improvement activities ensuring improved time-to-market performance and innovation. Youll bring strong Agile & Lean expertise to support the renewal of daily R&D practices and youll provide the coaching for teams, as part of the daily R&D activities. You will identify needs for way-of-working changes and drive implementation of the agreed operative mode & practices. Your role is to reduce "waste" in our daily operations and avoid organizational & way-of-working silos. As a whole you will drive way-of-working renewal towards more consumer focused, agile & lean organization targeting to improve the time-to-market. Youll be part of the global Mobile Phones Operational Development team.
Qualifications
You are a recognized expert in the area of Agile & Lean Way-of-working & competences. You have a strong drive for continuous improvement accompanied with operational development skills & experience, with mindset of "reducing waste". You are a recognized expert in operational development & change mgmt field. You have strong knowledge on Product Creation & SW development activities, operative mgmt & way-of-working and ideas how to develop those. You have deep knowledge, expertise and experience in implementing agile & lean principles & way-of-working and you have long experience in agile coaching. Your track record proves your ability to successfully carry out specialized activities and projects. You are a skilled team player and capable in driving collaboration across teams & diverse cultures. You have ability to network & influence and motivate others towards optimal way-of-working. Good communication, coaching & training skills are required.
