一般职责

经验丰富的硬件工程师，能够胜任产品或技术计划中的硬件设计与整合工作。

职责范围重点工作

与团队内的其他职能成员以及内部软件团队和芯片组团队的同事密切协作。职责包括：

- 筛选并确定计划中的复杂工程问题，对复杂以及跨职能的问题进行根源原因分析。在团队内部进行协调，并确保以最高效的方式解决这些问题。

- 跟进并帮助解决硬件与软件之间的接口问题，向硬件原型设计经理报告最新的状态。

- 帮助芯片组供应商和软件团队解决调试问题。担任内部和外部的主要联系人。

- 从研发的角度为客户服务和制造团队提供支持。提供必要的文件和文档。

- 参与计划中的产品开发文档的编写及审核工作。为验证、类型审批、批量生产和现场测试提供支持。

任职资格

拥有电子工程及电信专业的理学士学位

在手机开发的硬件及电磁设计方面具备丰富的知识和工作经验；

具备手机产品开发流程的相关知识；

在手机行业的硬件设计领域内有至少 5 年的从业经验或同等经验 (专注于基带射频调制解调器领域者优先)；掌握 CMMB 或软件追踪知识者优先。

能够熟练使用硬件电磁测试设备。

具备较强的跨职能工作能力和沟通能力。具备优秀的演示能力和流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。

Description

General Purpose of the Role

Works as an Experienced HW Integration Engineer in product or technology program in HW design and integration.

Main Responsibility Areas Key Tasks

HeShe works closely with other function members in the team as well as colleagues from internal SW teams and Chipset teams. Responsibilities include:

- Filtering and identifying complex engineering issues in the program, carries out rootcause analysis in complex and cross functional problems. Coordinate inside the team and make sure that these issues will be solved in the most efficient way.

- Follow-up and drive the HW-SW interfacing issues, report the latest status to HW PDM.

- Support chipset vendors and SW teams in debugging issues. Works as the main contact interface towards the internal and external stakeholders.

- Support the Care and Production Line teams from R&D perspective. Provide necessary files and documents when needed.

- Participate in Product development milestone documentations and reviews in the program. Support certification, type approval, mass production and field testing.

B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and telecommunication

Wide knowledge and experience in HW and EM design for mobile phone development;

Knowledge of Mobile Phone product development process;

Min 5 years or equivalent experience in HW design area in mobile phone industry, preferably focusing on BBRFmodem area; having CMMB or SW tracing knowledge is a plus.

Good hands-on experience with HWEM test equipments.

Strong cross-functional and communication skills. Excellent in presentation skills, fluent in oral and written English.
