SW delivery team is responsible for SW release preparation for all Nokia devices and variant releases of factory data packages, care data package and NSU & FOTA releases. Team will be also responsible for creation of product structure maintenance in PDM system.

Working in SW delivery team, the release specialist is expected:

- To lead and drive the E2ESW Release Preparation to ensure the tool capability and quality before the tool is mature for individual

- To drive and document the E2E SW Release Preparation related process, way of working, to ensure the release preparation work is in harmonized way

- To participant the tool, process, project which relate to SW Release areas

- To guide the subcontractors for SW Release work, ensuing the timely and qualified SW package, Data Package to factory and care channel

Qualifications

- Typically 6 years relevant experience for instance in R&D. Understanding of Nokia SW development practices and Nokia SW delivery chains.

- Good networking, communication and problem solving skills

- Familiar with devices customization area. Interest in improving processes and product quality

- High energy, desire to win and passion to contribute to the execution of SW variant creation

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Good at documentation

- M.Sc. or equivalent in relevant area

- Ability to work with multisite virtual teams

- Willingness to travel
