Mobile Phones Unit is responsible to connect the next one billion people to information and the internet, truly impacting the world we live in. Mobile Phones Unit is looking for an Organization, Leadership & Talent Development professional to support us in executing this strategy. Our goal is to work to satisfy the needs of the organization as a whole and at the same time offer a differentiated offering to certain target groups. Our approach is to integrate development into business and HR processes, thus we are looking for someone who can view challenges through OD, Leadership, Talent, Learning, Change Management lenses across multiple dimensions such as global, local sites and business entity.
In this role, you will be designing and delivering concepts for organizational & talent development, lead and participate in various change management initiatives and develop new and innovative learning solutions to support a diverse business. You will facilitate new ways of working discussionsworkshops based on Nokia`s Challenger model, work closely with leadership teams and act as an Organization, Leadership & Talent Development expert to support Mobile Phones HR leaders. In addition to being focused on Mobile Phones, you will participate in cross Nokia collaboration with HR colleagues on a variety of topics.

Qualifications
As an ideal candidate for this position, you have a strong Organization, Leadership & Talent Development background andor HR business partnering background and solid internal and external HR networks along with 10+ years of relevant experience. Furthermore, you have previous experience across a range of responsibilities outlined above. You have skills with partnering both internally & with external partners in the past. In addition, you have experience in facilitating different kinds of teams and have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). You possess a proven track record working with senior managers and you are seen as a credible sparring partner to the leaders. You are able to work independently and as a team member juggling numerous priorities at the same time. You have a Masters degree in Business, HR or equivalent.
You should be a person who builds on strengths, is realistic about what is possible to achieve and yet is not afraid to set the bar high. You have a "can do" personality and see problems as obstacles to be overcome.
