    职位描述:
    Description
    General PurposeWorks as a senior engineer in a technology area e.g. SWHW Development. Applies wide technical knowledge by coaching and solving complex problems within own technology area. Main Responsibility AreaHas the responsibility for specifying, planning, reporting, designing, reviewing in hisher area. Solves complex engineering problems in many technology areas. Coaches other team members in solving engineering problems. Can act as a scrum master. Has deep expertise on a technical competence area and more than one cross functional competence areas. Proactively acts to understand customer needs and offers consultancy even when not asked. Undertakes technical training responsibilities. Applies knowledge and skills to a range of activities. Has responsibility for training and overseeing a college graduate or very junior engineer. ScopeIndividual Contributor¤ Performs andor coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmentalproject objectives. Carries out rootcause analysis in more complex problems. Can develop and implement recommendations. ¤ ImpactImpact is short-term and usually departmentalproject in scope. Accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency of own andor team achievements. Actions and errors can have program, project, functional impact.
    Qualifications

    - Individual PortfolioTypically 6-9 years relevant experience.
    - EnvironmentAccepts responsibility for and demonstrates support for delegated decisions. Requires minimum supervision. Uses non standard approaches to resolving issues.
    - Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation. Some collegial or consultant interaction.
    - Generalist in both application and low level SW (driver, file system, etc)
    - deep knowledge and experience in system debugging and opitmization (memory, performance, production trouble shooting)
