岗位职责及要求：

Education: A bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.
At least 8-10 years experience of software development and customer support
Experience through full life cycle of at least 2 large scale telecom class products
Deep experience in layer2 and layer 3 protocols of Ethernet technology, including Gigabit Ethernet, 10GbE and 40GbE. Especially, experience in high performance SwitchRouter design, including telecom switch, L2 or L3 routerswitch and 10GE switch are plus.
Experience in high performance embedded CPU boot software development (uboot, Bootloader, etc.), including MIPS and PowerPC structure CPU. Deep knowledge of SDRAMDDRDDR23 standards.
Experience in Linux requirement
Intensive Experience in language and tools requirement
Familiarity with ATCA, IPMI, AMC standards.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication (written and Verbal) in English as well as Chinese, energetic and task oriented, ability to work equally well in both team-oriented and self-directed environment.
