岗位职责及要求：
任职要求：
1.minimum bs. plus two year antenna related experience, master preference is rfem field of study, strong preference for antenna study.
2.good innovative or original thinking;
3.good command of reading and writing english;
4.be familiar with office, cst or hfss and some mechanical softwares;
5.be dedicated with good communication, high responsibility and good team work spirit;
职位职责：
1.under some direct supervision and guidance, lead a product design project or be responsible for electrical design through the project or product design;
2.share responsibilities with npi process before batch production, provide technical support to solve problem and potential failure mode identification and check original concept design with some direct supervision and guidance;
3.provide technical support to production line, such as solving problems in batch production from design aspect with some direct supervision and guidance;
4.share responsible for ecm or ecoecr creating considering tooling and routing, material disposition and cost evaluation;
