岗位职责及要求：

Responsibilities:

    * Design GUI for the OAM software using Java Swing

    * Write codes in Java according to solution

    * Write technical documents and help review those technical documents

    * Make necessary technical communication with peer organizations to fulfill the requirements for the SW product

Qualifications

Required Skills

    * BS in Computer Science or Telecom, MS is preferred

    * Good Object Oriented design thinking

    * Rich experience in Java Swing design, at least 4 years of coding experience in Java Swing. Experience in XRPC, SNMP and XML is a plus.

    * Solid knowledge in telecommunication field

    * Skilled in clearcase

    * Skilled in operation under UnixLinux OS

    * Good analysis capability, good communication skills and other human skills

    * Strong team-work and willing to take challenge

    * Fluent in oral & written Englishs
