Qualifications

Mandatory SkillsKnowledgeExperience:
· Competence in using graphic design key tools and programs i.e. Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop.
· Flexible and innovative way of thinking and good problem-solving skills
· Willingness to take on new challenges
· Work experience in graphic design and user interface design
· Good visualgraphics skills
· English skills, fluent in written and spoken English
· Strong communication and networking skills
· Interest in mobile industry, consumer behavior, design and technology evolution
· Ability to cope in a changing environment
· Ability to do quick UI prototyps (e.g. using Flash(Lite))
· Toleration of tight dead-lines and ability to alleviate stress by applying your strong time management skills
· Willingness to travel

Desirable SkillsKnowledgeExperience:
· BSc or MSc degree related to graphic design
· Good understanding of user interface graphics, ideally you are familiar with the Nokia Look & Feel
· Desire to work in team-oriented environment while demonstrating good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
· Graphic design experience in mobile phone environment
· Knowledge of Agile Scrum mode of operation
· Understanding of CMMB and broadcast TV is a plus
