Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell is the Chinese flagship company of Alcatel-Lucent in Asia Pacific.  It is the first foreign invested company limited by shares in China’s telecommunications industry, with extensive global resources. It is directly managed by State Asset Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of China.



Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell delivers end-to-end telecommunications solutions and high-quality services, covering the fixed, mobile networking, broadband access, intelligent optical networking, multimedia solutions and network applications.  It also has a key international R&D centre with full access to Alcatel-Lucents global technology pool, developing original technology for use in China and export to Alcatel-Lucent’s customers worldwide.
