创毅视讯成立于2006年，总部位于北京市海淀区清华科技园。目前在上海、深圳、无锡、首尔设有分公司，在合肥设有子公司，并在台北和美国硅谷设立研发机构。
创毅视讯自成立以来，坚持自主创新，成功推出我国自主知识产权的CMMB终端核心芯片，全球首枚基于4G标准的TD-LTE终端基带芯片，移动互联网终端处理芯片，已经形成覆盖广电，通信以及消费类电子三大领域的丰富的产品线。
Innofidei Inc., a company aiming to develop the worlds leading technologies and products for public service, is dedicated to the design, research, and development of chips that are of high integration, low power consumption, and high stability for mobile multimedia terminals, radio communication terminals, and mobile internet platform processing. It also provides solutions based on its chips.
Innofidei Inc. was founded in September, 2006 in Beijing Z-Park. Till now, it has operations in Shanghai, Shenzheng, Hefei, Seoul. It also has R&D centers in Taipei and Silicon Valley of the United States.
Since its establishment, Innofidei Inc. has successfully released multiple innovative CMMB terminal core chips with independent intellectual property right. Innofidei Inc. also released the world’s first TD-LTE baseband terminal chip and terminal processing chips for mobile internet in April, 2011. Its product lines cover broadcast, communication, and digital entertainment fields.
