Huawei Marine Networks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huawei Marine) is a joint venture established by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Global Marine Systems Limited.Supported by the advantages of the parent companies, Huawei Marine perfectly combines the latest communications technology and industrial experience and applies them in the global submarine communications field, aiming to render top-notch products and all-round services to customers including project management、Implementation and Afer-Sales Support.

Huawei Marine has its headquarters in the Binhai New District in Tianjin, with R&D institutes and manufacturing bases in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Britain. At the end of 2010, HMN has more than 200 employees, 41 percent of them have master degrees or above and their average work erperience is more than 9-year in the communication and marine engineering.
