·          Handle LOG ANALYSIS, DROP CALLS Rate (Both Voice and Video), Parameter Persistence Check, KPI Improvement, Solution for Worst Cell,  ·          Perform in-depth data analysis on TEMS log files with ACTIX, UETR and RNC trace log files to improve network performance complies with Key Performance Indicators  ·          Investigate RRC and RAB failures with statistics and RNC trace  ·          Proficiency in using Ericsson Optimisation tools a big plus. All the other vendor 3G optimisation experience welcomed.  能熟练处理路测数据；根据路测数据出图层以及报告； 能熟练处理掉话 （语音&视频） 参数核查； 后台优化分析；日常优化以及专项的指标优化； KPI指标提升； 使用TEMS做深度的数据优化；熟练使用ACTIX；熟悉NODEB&RNC之间的信令接口； 熟悉UETR以及RNC的数据追踪；  能检测并跟踪RRC&RAB的数据丢失 爱立信设备3G经验从优；海外3G经验从优；其他设备厂商的3G经验亦可考虑。  至少有半年以上3G网优经验。
