Particular combination of skills:
1 Education：Graduate or above in electronic, computer, communications, science and engineering professionals.
2 Work experience：3+ years working experiences in Huawei, 1+ year in oversea working experience in one of below items:
a) GU CS: MSOFTX3000/UMG8900/M2000/HLR9820 installation, commission, upgrade, cutover and other engineer experience.
3 Be familiar with AoIP/IuoIP, MSC POOL Solution.
4 Be able to arrive Niger in one month.
5 Be able to communicate with others by fluent English.
6 Achievement orientation, energetic, strong influence skills, self-initiative, teamwork spirit, persistency, logical thinking ability, fast learning ability.
7 Mature and positive attitudes, be able to work well in a fast-paced multi-culture dynamic environment.
8 Chinese was recommend.
