岗位职责及要求：

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Realization of radio network planning and optimization project for commercial TD-SCDMA network.
-Perform the TD-SCDMA RF parameters, RRM parameters optimization; optimize the radio network based on the OMC statistics and drive test data.

REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor and above in telecommunications or electrical engineering.
-At least 3 years experience in the radio network planningoptimization field, experience with 3G is preferred.
-Good knowledge of both planning and optimization techniques
-In-depth system knowledge and experience in 3G (UMTS, TD-SCDMA) technologies, especially air interface and RRM algorithms.
-Familiar with link budget, propagation model tuning, traffic dimension, Monte Carlo simulation.
-Trouble shooting ability, could make the correct conclusion base on complicated information.
-Able to work on own initiative, and able to work under high pressure.
-Be willing to travel within China.
-Good read and written skill in English.
