岗位职责及要求：
Lead one HW engineering team including PCB Layout, Mechanical design, Production Configuration Management and Component Engineer functions to contribute to TD-Tech’s NodeB productions development. The candidate will work with the team and lead the team to ensure the project tasks are delivered on time with high quality. The role requires that the candidate have a strong commitment to HW engineering team to meeting the release deadlines. Essential aspects include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide Mechanical, PCB Layout team to reach project targets on cost, quality and delivery time.
- Cooperate with Nokia SIEMENS CE and CM team to provide good support for HW development.
- Continue to optimize current Mechanical design process to reach high quality design from function and DFA, maintainability point of view.
- Guide to optimize current PCB Layout process to reach high quality design from function and design for manufacture ability point of view.
- Set strategic direction to improve team development capability
- Align resources to meet objectives with parallel projects requirements
- Responsible for people development within the team
- Support department manager to plan budget
- Cooperate with other HW teams to improve the whole HW development business
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors or Master Degree or above plus a minimum of 4 years related experience in Mechanical development.
- Knowledge in PCB Layout, HW configuration management and component management is mandatory.
- Strong technical management skills (min 3 years)
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical people and establish processes using teaching and coaching skills
- Passion for driving technology innovation and balancing research and development
- Initiative, self-motivation and positive personal personality
- Excellent skill of communicating with people and coordinating multi-functional, multi-national teams are mandatory
- Experiences to introduce HW project from prototype to mature production is a plus
- Experiences in project management is a plus
- Fluent in written and oral English and Mandarin communications
