岗位职责及要求：

Lead NPI Supply Readiness function f a new product activity. Responsible f collabation between product development at the design center  ISC procurement globally to foster early supplier involvement in providing high quality products at the right cost  the right time.
Single point of contact f all product related supplier readiness issues f a new product activity
Ensure NPI-SR team is following NPI Flawless Launch processes such as early supplier involvement through sourcing plans  sourcing boards,  managing material risk mitigation through product risk registers.
Implement process changes with NPI-SPE teams  SDE teams globally f material risk mitigation.
Ensure  enable scalability of supply chain to meet aggressive ramp plans, product cost targets,  part quality requirements f a new product activity.
Wk closely with development engineering, categy management teams,  suppliers to develop supplier ion strategy, supplier capacity plans, cost target  management plan,  ution of ramp volumes  target dates f f a new product activity.
In-depth understing of the ganization  its products  services, strengths  weaknesses as compared to competits,  understs market  industry trends.
Creates, maintains,  leverages strong relationships with engineering leaders  categy managers  external supplier netwk to align  achieve strategic project implementation f new product activity.
Requirement:
- Minimum 6-8 years of total experience, including 2  me years of Sourcing experience (preferably systems  beginning to end).
- Engineering background  degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in internal customer interactions  communication skills.
- Strong understing  experience of hardware, software,  systems development  processes such as M-Gates.
- Experience wking in a complex technical  multi-site environment is required.
- Degree: BS  equivalent required.
