岗位职责及要求：
The incumbent will be required to carry the following responsibilities with ODMs activities based in Greater China :
1. Manage perfmance of ODM operations in planning management (scheduling, loading capacity), delivery management (Delivery cycle time , NPI tracking build to ship), Inventy control (E&O) cost management (cost reduction plan)
2. Collabate closely with ODM Quality Management team in Customer Supplier Quality measurements.
3. Effectively driving deliverable indices (Cost, Delivery Quality) ODMs aligned with Customer, Cost Cash objectives through direct collabation approaches.
4. Provide engineering suppt collabate with development teams in the NPI Ship acceptance processes f new product.
5. As a solution provider advis in the collabation process with ODMs in driving Continuous Improvements.
6. Provide assistance in Capability Mapping processes on ODMs Suppliers f Quality Team as when required.
Requirement:
1. Bachel Degree (Maj in Management preferred )
2. 5-8 years wking experience
3. Experience in production operations projectprogram management
4. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management as well as customers & ODMs. (Fluent in English Marin strongly preferred)
5. Must possess an excellent team player positive attitude in Self-Motivation, Flexibility, Creativity Proactive.
6. Strong leadership skills, able to motivate, influence coach others. Ability to lead ODMs into stardization towards 3Cs expectation.
7. Knowledgeable in Six Sigma Methodology (DMAICDMADDD) is an advantage.
