Ideal candidate mainly needs to have experience for Civil work, TE installation and power system and good English communication.

Huawei will provide Visa, return airline tickets, medical insurance, local accommodation and transportation

Description of Daily Duties

1)                                     Planning

ü                                     RPMDRPM, Imp Man, PCM allocates sites to the site supervisor and the site Supervisor need to do his own planning for the implementation of these sites.

ü                                     Supervisor planning to conform to the Master plan from the RPMPCM.

2)                                     Site Survey (TSS)

ü                                     Arrange site access or special key with site owner.

ü                                     Obtain subcontractor and client or client contactors information and schedule all for TSS; confirm the schedule with all the attendees 24 hours in advance.

ü                                     Assist contractor in performing TSS.

ü                                     Ensure all parties to sign the hand written TSS document on site.

ü                                     Ensure to obtain the TSSR document back from the contractor on time

3)                                     Kickoff

Preparation

ü                                     Arrange site access or special key with site owner.

ü                                     Obtain subcontractor and client or client contactors information and schedule all for Kick off; confirm the schedule with all the attendees 24 hours in advance.

ü                                     Documents gather—TSSR, Material BOQ, Scope of work in contract, structure analysis report, approvals (such as Telkom Ref and MTNVodacomCellC approvalLandlord permission)

ü                                     Discuss the requirement for build with all parties on site.

ü                                     Compile site file with all documents required.

Actions on kickoff:

ü                                     Confirm drawing and layout on site, re-check the information in the TSSR and drawing, if any changes required first keep records then feedback to site design to apply the change order and submit VO to clients. In principle no change are allowed on kickoff. If requested by client in writing, we need to re-survey the site and the 8ta Regional Project Manager need to give a official change order to Huawei Regional manager.

ü                                     Re-confirm material BOQ on site—(CK material Huawei locally purchase material such as poles-brackets I-beams Special material that need to be purchased by the sub contractor

ü                                     Re-confirm scope of work on site—Choose from the contract draft;

ü                                     Kick off meeting minutes with attendees signature;

Output:

Finalized BOQ;

Finalized TSSRDrawing;

Kick off meeting minutes with attendee’s signature;

As-Build required other documents prepare;`      

4)                                     Material collection and check

ü                                     Ensure material is booked for the site.

ü                                     Ensure the contractor receive the DN.

ü                                     Arrange for contractor to collect material in time.

ü                                     Arrange access to deliver the outdoor cabinet and check for damages to the container.

ü                                     Ensure that the container are placed in the correct position and secured to the plinth.

ü                                     Assist contractor to do Huawei material check on site.

ü                                     Report all damages, losses or missing material to RPM.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

5)                                     Materials management

ü                                     Huawei main equipment delivery notes—MR specialist;

ü                                     CK material delivery notes—MR specialist;

ü                                     Antenna poles and antenna brackets—MR specialist;

ü                                     Material VO quantity confirm

ü                                     Scope of work confirmed on site basic on the contract

ü                                     Materials remain records per site—Battery CabinetSolar System EquipmentsConnectorsPower cableExisting Equipments on site.

ü                                     As-Build required other documents prepare;

6)                                     Progress monitor

ü                                     Daily report to RPMPCM

ü                                     Subcontractor team tools check and OHS documents and PPE equipments check.

ü                                     Progress control and monitor

ü                                     Milestone achievement forecast

ü                                     Power connection plan and implementation;

ü                                     Trouble shooting on site

ü                                     As-Build required other documents prepare;

7)                                     Subcontractor management

ü                                     Ensure contractor do risk assessment on site before commencement of work.

ü                                     Ensure subcontractor adhere to H&S requirements on site.

ü                                     Subcontractor team leader and team members daily work monitoring and performance judgment;

ü                                     Subcontractor team tools check and OHS documents and PPE equipment check.

ü                                     Daily quality control tick sheet tick and check;

ü                                     Subcontractor quality self-check results check;

ü                                     Implementation progress match the plan and follow the regional plan;

ü                                     Materials remain records per site—Battery CabinetSolar System EquipmentsConnectorsPower cableExisting Equipments on site.

ü                                     As-Build required other documents prepare;

8)                                     Quality management

ü                                     Site quality daily check and control;

ü                                     IQA – Perform IQA check on site with subcontractor and ensure that all snags are repaired.

ü                                     SQA – Ensure that the site adheres to all aspects of the SOW to pass SQA.

ü                                     FQA - Ensure that the site adheres to all aspects of the SOW to pass FQA.

ü                                     Invite Quality department to perform SQA when the site is ready.

9)                                     Alarm Check and Commissioning

ü                                     Download all required configuration files for rectifier, SAM ext.

ü                                     Download Data files.

ü                                     Check the site for alarms and assist to clear all alarms.

10)                                 As Build

ü                                     Check the quality off the ass build document supplied by the sub contractor and include all documents supplied by Huawei and 8.Ta.

ü                                     Submit the ass document to RPM.

11)                                 Time Management and Cost Management

ü                                     Ensure good planning in order to limit site visits to a minimum

ü                                     Plan site visits route to limit kilometers.

ü                                     Complete allocate sites in own time; limit overtime to conform to huawei policy.

12)                                 Monthly PBC

ü                                     Complete monthly PBC template and submit to RPM for review
