Position: Project Management Office (PMO)

Location: Asia Pacific

Contract: 12 months (extendable)

The role will involve the management of the design, planning and implementation of service transition activities for complex managed ICT service solutions to deliver high value customer solutions to agreed schedule, budget and quality.

Role and responsibility

· Closely liaise with BidSolution Development teams, focus on specific customers, understand and capture their service transition requirements

· Validation of Transition proposals and participation in Due Diligence exercises, where required

· Plan the service transition (work breakdown structure, deliverables timelines, resources and funding), ensure costs associated are captured and built into the commercial model

· Ensure the transition plan and underpinning implementation methodology are clearly articulated in the bid response

· Explain the capabilities of service transition to the customer

· Identify, build and manage the necessary transition team to deliver the successful implementation of the customer solution

Requirement

· Direct experience of Transition ProjectProgram Delivery Management across a multi-projectprogram level developed within a complex business structure

· Experience gained from ITTelecommunication sectors, specifically IT Solutions or Managed Services organizations

· Proven experience of running projects at a senior level, reviewing scope set with external customers, recognizing change control and the impact of changes to the project

· Previous experience of delivering systems integrator model, with the ability of presenting solutions and ideas

· Direct experience of engaging with customers at ‘C’ level to drive delivery

· Demonstrate strong communication skills

· Has the ability to listen, analyze, review and suggest improvements to the program in a creative and ever-changing environment

· Minimum 15 years experience in service project delivery with at least 5 years in transition management role.

· Demonstrable experience and capability to manage projects autonomously.

· Developed communication and diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholder relationships.

· Experience of managing, (direct or matrix) project managers, technical resource and other resource assigned to service transition
