Job Title: RNP&RNO Engineer

合同期：半年

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for optimization plan setting according to the project requirement.

(Including the network evaluationoptimization analysisoptimization implementationacceptance etc)

2.      Responsible for work arrangement of project team.

3.      Analyzing DT log file and find out the network issues, then output adjustment suggestion and solution.

4.      KPI optimization implementation, including not limit to CSSR, CDR, HO, SDTCH Congestion, Data service and CS quality optimization.

5.      Investigate and handling customer complaint for network performance issues, especially quick response to VIP customer complaint.

6.      Discussing with customer and team member about the adjustment solution,

get approval from customer.

7.      Setting acceptance plan and getting PAC from customer.

Position Requirements:

1.      Bachelor degree in telecommunication knowledge is pre-requisite.

2.      Good writing and speaking skill of English, can communicate with local staff and customer in English very well.

3.      Has good knowledge for GSM principle.

4.      Be familiar with GSM KPI optimization, RF optimization

5.      Using the tools including no limit to Tems, Actix, Probe&Assistant, Genex Nastar, Genex U-net and M2000 etc. well.

6.      Good knowledge for BSC6000 and BSC6900 parameter, especially handover, power control, channel management arithmetic etc.

7.      Be familiar with the hardware issues analysis for BTS3012BTS312BTS3900.

8.      At least 5 years of radio network optimization experience.

9.      Has good ability of learning, has ability to use computer, know how to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

10.  Good communications with customer, team cooperation consciousness and organized ability;

11.  Be familiar with UMTS optimization is preferred.
