Observe mission and core values of Huawei Technologies and demonstrate a quality service to others.

To support the daily operation of CRM

To handle trouble ticket of CRM

To monitor CRM system

To handle service requests from customer

·         Must be a committed individual, able to interact at all levels.

·         Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:  EducationKnowledgeTechnical Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

·         Experience: At least 2 years of experience in development, implementation, maintenance of CRM solutions in Telecom Operations.

·         Good knowledge on some basic programming languages like C++, Unix,PLSQL,Oracle

·         Excellent communication skills with very good articulation in English (written and verbal)

·         Good customer service attitude , approach and ability to quick handling of problems.

·         Good logical thinking ability

·         Preferred Qualification:

·          4 years college diploma or University degree in computer, telecommunication,system &  design

Working Environment Conditions:

Work environment: 

Travel( on a need basis).
