Value-added services maintenance engineer

Job description:

1, Responsible for maintaining the value-added services of Huawei products, such as SMS, MMS, WAPGW, MDSP, Ring Tones, VMS, IPCC and other products;
 2, Responsible for management and maintenance products’ s SLA, and to routinely provide weekly and monthly maintenance reports to customers, to communicate effectively with customers, is responsible for customer satisfaction;
Position requirement:

1, Who is familiar with the management and maintenance of operating systems (including Unix, Linux) and dual machine software

2, Who is  familiar with at least one database’s   management and maintenance(including Oracle, DB2) ;

3, Who is  familiar with the Shell script development of language, can be skilled to Shell programming;

4, Who has maintaining other vendors’s similar products;

5, Who is  familiar with the operators operation and maintenance management processes is preferred, and who is familiar with the knowledge of  ITIL, ISO20000, eTom is preferred;

6, Who should have undergraduate education, and more than 3 years work experience; have good teamwork and communication skills;

7, Who is familiar with WAP, SMPP3.33.4, SS7, Http, TCPIP, SOAP, Diameter protocol;

8, Who is familiar with MMS, SMS, GPRS, VMS workflow;
