Purpose of the position:

Major Compulsory Responsibilities

Compulsory Responsibilities

1

Supporting and handling all engineer’s queries about the CBS system

2

To support and assist customer on optimizing the system

3

To distribute the jobs for CBS service within operation team

4

To control OCS system optimize adjustment                                                 

5

To control billing system optimize adjustment

6.

To participate in application software upgrade

7.

To provide assistance in problem or incident handling

8.

To be available and perform in all emergency maintenance

9.

To provide clarification on any request or problem

10

To monitor any service request till its closure

11

To generate and validate incident analysis report output

Qualifications:  EducationKnowledgeTechnical Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

·         Experience: At least 4 years of experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of CBS solutions and 6 years of total experience in project management and in Telecom domain.

·         Extensive experience with core software application including all BSS and OCS components.

·         Must have strong hands on experience on any of CBS productSolution.

·         Good knowledge database queries like PLSQL,SQL and robust experience in UNIX shell scripting

·         Excellent communication skills(written and spoken Proven track record in managing team with respect to timelines）

·         Experience in negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in close co-operation with the sourcing function.

·         Good communication , behaviour and customer centric skills should be posses.
