<P><FONT size=3>1. 职位要求:<BR>（1）具有WCDMA NPI中级及以上水平；<BR>（2）了解爱立信厂家设备硬件结构和性能，了解各种无线网络故障的定位方法，能够定位和处理无线设备存在的故障；<BR>（3）具备分析、定位、处理各种常见网络优化问题的能力；<BR>（4）可独立完成爱立信网络测试分析优化报告；<BR>（5）具有一定的WCDMA路测分析能力，熟练使用各种WCDMA路测软件。<FONT><P>
<P><FONT size=3>2. 专业要求：<BR>（1）通信、电子、计算机类专业，大学专科或以上学历；<BR>（2）熟练WORD、EXCEL办公软件；<BR>（3）GSMWCDMA基础理论知识扎实。<BR>（4）能够适应长期出差，吃苦耐劳，敬业爱业，敢于担当和务实，沟通能力较强。<FONT><P>
