8年以上CiscoJuniperALU的IP网规网优工作经验，
More than 8 years IP network planning and optimization experience with CiscoJuniperAL equipment

熟悉CiscoJuniperALNSNCienaNEC等IP网络优化流程、KPI体系和基线。
Be familiar with the process ,KPI system and baseline of IP network optimization of CiscoJuniperAL

熟悉CiscoJuniperALU的设备规格、特性和参数，可以对各类问题给出针对性的优化措施
Be familiar with the equipment specification, property and parameter of CiscoJuniperALU, can give the optimization suggestion for different issue;

熟悉IP网各种原理和协议;
Be familiar with the IP network principles and protocols;

熟悉CiscoJuniperA 网规网优工具操作，或可以使用第三方工具进行项目的交付;
Be familiar with the tools of CiscoJuniperAL, or use the 3rd tools to deliver the project;

具备手动编写网规网优小工具应用于项目者优先;
Be familiar with SQLVBA Excel skills is preferred;

编写过较多技术问题案例、论文者，IP的有CCIE等相关认证优先;
Have written some technical cases and essay is preferred，CCIE is preferred;
