Job requirement :

此人要求具备丰富的技术和管理经验、同时拥有协调、推动、抗压等能力。所以烦请慎重帮我们确认人选信息。Candidate must have high level of management experience and technical skills, meanwhile can work under pressure.

1.  首先此人有10年以上工作经验，适合年龄段在30-40岁之间，至少有5年左右的运营商工作经历和5年左右的厂家工作经历； over 10 years experience and between 30-40 years of age, must have 5 years experience working with operators and vendor experience

2.  具备丰富的无线网络规划经验，最好曾担任过网规经理，不限于2G、3G或者核心网等产品线；Must be a expert on wireless network, not limited to. Core experience will be preferred too.

3.  理解运营商的经营理念，熟悉厂家的工作流程，协调管理和推动运营商和厂家的深入合作和发展。同时能够承受来自内部和外部的压力，能有计划、步骤进行工作量分配，并服从于项目组管理；

4.  对网络发展具有前瞻性，可以引导运营商进行业务的发展。配合运营商的市场运营，做出符合业务发展的预测和计划；

5.  英语作为工作语言可以无障碍沟通，人选限于中国、印度、马来西亚等国家；Chinese, Indian, Malaysian nationals are preferred, not limited to EU or US candidates too.
