Resource Requirement (Job Description) :

a.      Responsibility: 

i.      Feature development, enhancement, operational  tools support

ii.     Other maintenance such as documentation, testing, etc.

b.      CharacterSoft Criteria:

i.      Autonomousdriven – able to work independently with minimal supervision

ii.     Can provide full commitment for the project (at least for 1 years)

iii.    Satisfy or aligns well to the below tech criteria

c.      Tech Criteria:

i.      A bachelor’s degree with honours or equivalent (1st class preferred) in Computer Science or a related field.

ii.     Strong software engineering skillsbackground and understanding of software design principles.

iii.    Strong technical analysis & design skill

iv.     Strong experience or close alignment with the following technology: 

1.      Web UI: jsp, JQuery, CSS, JavaScript

2.      Java: servlet, tomcat, spring, mybatis

3.     Perl programing

4.      .NET: desktop application (any dialect, eg; C#, VB)

5.      OS: Linux Centos, Windows Server 2003

6.      protocols: JSON-RPC, XML-RPC, LDAP, SSL

7.      database: SQLSERVER 2008

8.      source: SVN

v.      Strong Linux skills

vi.     Strong communicator (fluent English is a must, but knowledge MandarinChinese is big bonus) 

vii.    Willingness to learn and pick-up new technology.

viii.   Customer oriented with a strong ability to solve technical issues.
