岗位职责及要求：

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for requirement analysis and management of telecom OSS, including service desk management system, integrated alarm management system, network performance management system, network inventory management system, etc, and guide OSS R&Dvendor in product planning and development, participate in OSS product document composing and reviewing. 2. Responsible for OSS sale solution design and pre-sale support for global Managed Service projects, e.g. designing of telecom network management integrated solution, making and clarification of tender, contract negotiation, etc. 3. Responsible for OSS delivery and technical support for Global Managed Service delivery projects. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent, at least 3 years working experience in telecom industry, adequate written, oral ,listening and speaking skill in English; 2. Familiar with datacom planning and designing, CCIE certificate is preferred; experienced in system integration, took charge of network integration projects of medium scale or above. 3. Familiar with SUN or HP server and minicomputer; familiar with Solaris UNIX or HP UNIX OS and mainstream database(Oracle、SQL Server、Sybase）； 4. Applicants with integrated network management system knowledge(like HP openview，IBM Netcool）,Workflow system knowledge（like IBM MQ Workflow，BEA Weblogic）are preferred； 5. Familiar with wireless network and its operation & maintenance, eTOM andor ITIL are preferable. 6. Strong customer orientation, project management ability and good teamwork spirit. 7. Experience in large telecom corporations or related competency authentification are preferred. Business minded. Good understanding of operators' operation and maintenance challenges. Understanding operator's long term business and market requirements. Overseas working experiences are preferable. 8. Able for long-term domestic or overseas business travel.
