岗位职责及要求：

Responsibilities: 1. Explore and analyze the trend and requirements for Managed Service, i.e., operator's network operation and maintenance outsourcing. Plan and design the service product portfolio and manage the service product development. 2. Plan, design and develop managed services product, including but not limited to service specification, marketing and sales material, pricing and costing guidelines and tools, business case, delivery guidelines, contract template etc. 3. Take charge of transferring product knowledge and technique to managed service bidding and delivery force. Provide support to the important bidding and delivery projects of managed services project. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent, at least 3 years working experience in telecom industry 2. Familiar with telecom network operation & maintenance and its outsourcing evolution history and trend. Have more than 1 year experience of: a) network operation & maintenance product development, or b) network operation & maintenance outsourcing project bidding and negotiation, or c) network operation & maintenance outsourcing project delivery management. 3. Strong customer orientation and Business minded. Good understanding of operators' operation and maintenance challenges. Understanding operator's long term business and market requirements. 4. Candidates familiar with wireless network and its operation & maintenance, eTOM andor ITIL are preferable. 5. Good communication and cooperation attitude and skills. 6. Excellent written, oral and listening skill in English is an advantage. 7. Candidates with overseas working experiences are preferable. 8. Accept long-term domestic or overseas business travel.
