岗位职责及要求：

Responsibilities: SWAT is the abbreviation of Special Weapons And Tactics.We borrow this term from the US Police.They are small teams of cross functional experts,fast response and used to take special and difficult missions. 1.As Subject Matter Expert to support significant MS pre-sales projects.Participate in senior customer meetings,Due Diligence,contract negotiation and risk review. 2.Support major MS delivery projects in Establishment andor Transition.Ensure the delivery strategy and directive alignment,to build a strong and sustainable MS operations.Coach the local MS PM in HW MS delivery best practice. Transfer knowledge to the local Delivery team. 3.Consolidate experiences from the field and input to HQ MS for enhancement, produce training materials and case studies to the Knowledge Base.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions in HQ and in the field. Requirements: 1.Have good negotiation skills and be able to communicate to clients at C-level. 2.Able to manage customer expectation. 3.Capable and experienced in large team management and project management. 4.Fluent in English both verbal and written and with at least one local language. 5.Good exposure in operator's network O&M and understand the customer's core business. 6.Good knowledge of telecom industry standards and operation modules. 7.Innovative and forward thinking relating to managed services. 8.Quality driven with a good sense of business and professionalism. 9.Exposure to international markets with ability to work in a fast-paced multi-culture and dynamic environment. 10.Experienced in MS Project risk assessment and mitigation implementation. 11.Would be Nice: a)MS Transition or Multi-Vendor MS experience. b)Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC, Field maintenance,network performance management,eTomITIL, OSSIT, INVAS, resource transfer management (people and asset).
