岗位职责及要求：

Job Description:

In the challenging context of LTE wireless projects, DSP SW Engineer is contributing to the design, development, implementation and debugging of advanced DSP algorithms and systems for for Alcatel-Lucents LTE eNodeB.

Requirements:

1. Education background: Bachelor or above, Master Preferred
2. Strong Digital Signal Processing knowledge in the area of digital communication systems and various digital modulation schemes
3. A good understanding of Digital Signal Processors and excellent programming skills in assembly and the programming language C are required.
4. 3-5 Years of working experience in DSP or Communication fields are preferred and experience in the development of the L1L2 is a plus.
5. Knowledge on WCDMATD-SCDMAWiMaxLTE L1L2 technology (OFDM, MIMO, Channel encodingdecoding, etc.) is a plus.
6. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
7. Other requirements: Accountability; Passionate on software development in mobile telecommunication arena; good communication skill and teamwork spirit;Willing to adapt rapidly in a challenging R&D environment.
