岗位职责及要求：

Number of Vacancy: 1

Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for Alcatel-lucent Fixed NGN products’ technical engineering implementation, routine maintenance and technical support;

2.Execute NGN or S12 feature test, system test, cause analysis and trouble shooting

3.Track and solve in time all technical issues customer caring about, provide customer necessary technical support and suggestion, training to customer in site.

4.keep good cooperation with PM, TM, Engineer member and customer;

Requirements:

1.Education background: Bachelors degree or above in Telecommunication or computer science;

2.Working experience: At least 2 years experience in Fixed NGN or S12 engineering, maintenance and technical support;

3.Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery;

4.Flexibility and teamwork, be good at communication and cooperation among different parts;

5.Computer skill: WINDOWS,UNIX, skillful

6.Language ability: Fluent written and oral English, CET 4 holder
