岗位职责及要求：

(Work Location: BeijingShanghiaGuangzhou)

Responsibilities:

The Tier 2 CDMA Technical Support Engineer provides CDMA product tier 2 technical support to Tier 1 Customer Service Team and performs New Product Introduction from customer’s perspective.
Perform technical issue investigation and drive to resolve technical problems on CDMA Core Network products escalated from Tier 1
Escalates any issue requiring assistance to upper tier support following established precedents and known practices
Negotiate with Alcatel-Lucent product team and Tier 1 support team on target dates to deliver correctivepreventative solutions
Develop and review Test Plan to define the test strategy, test scope and test objective for the functionality or system under test.
Develop, review, and execute Test Cases to verify the product from customer perspective.
Requirements:

Teamplayer
Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, ElectronicsElectrical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant majors.
2-5 years experience in a technical support role in Telecommunication, preferably previous experience in telecommunication and preferably in data communication
A sound understanding and previous exposure to Signaling such as CCS7 protocol, SIP, IS41, TCPIP interface and features etc. would be highly regarded.
Trained in overall CDMA Core Network system analysis techniques.
Experience in Alcatel-Lucent CDMA core network is prefered
In-depth knowledge on UnixLinux.
Developing problem solving skills on advanced technologies.
Capable of effectively working with people with different culturebackground across global organizations
Excellent interpersonal skills and English proficiency are essential
