岗位职责及要求：

Location: Shanghai

Number of Position: 28

Job Description：

In the challenging context of LTE wireless projects, LTE Hardware Senior engineer is in charge of eNodeB hardware design and development, including backplane, control and baseband board, mechanical design, radio board, PA, etc.

1. Design develop debug eNB controlbaseband backplane transport radio PA board schematics, including evaluate and select appropriate components.

2. Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB designers on an ongoing basis.

3. Develop hardware specifications together with system team.

4. Cooperate closely with software design, test and manufacturing team.

5. Support qualification engineer to carry out compliance test on the product
6. Responsible for sustaining of developed product if necessary, such as second source qualification, solving manufacturing and customer issue

7. Contribute and adhere to formally developed Firmware Development Process and Procedures

Requirement:

1. Education background: Bachelor or above

2. Major in: telecommunications and or related

3. 4+ years working experience

4. 3+ years hardware design experience

5. Experience in hardware design from start to finish and solid understanding of hardware design methodology and working flow
6. Basic knowledge on communication theory, signal processing, WCDMATD-SCDMAWiMaxLTE L1 technology (OFDM, MIMO, Channel codingdecoding, etc.).
7. Strong MCU, DSP, EPLD and FGPA development experience.

8. Rich experience in TI C64x, CCS an。d OSE RTOS, and MCU BSP.

9. Be familiar with RF system design test, including antenna part. Be familiar with RF test environment design and criteria definition.

10.Language ability: English, good, both written and oral

11. Other requirements: Self motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision,capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment; team work capabilities and communication skills

The following skills and experience would be an asset
1. Firmware programming experience in assembly and C language on Linux system.

2. Proven track record and good skill in FPGA development with VHDLVerilog.

3. Simulation-modeling of physical layer and upper protocol layers
