General Purpose of the Role

Plans, manages and leads R&D subproject work. Responsible for all HW area work. Responsibility areas can be modified according product program needs.

Main Responsibility Areas Key Tasks

Plans and executes HW area of a product program. Plans needed resources and schedules in co-operation with respective engineering manager and HW&EM horizontal functions.

Ensures successful design and integration of responsible parts in a product program.

Ensures complete synchronization of responsibilities and deliverables between the HW &EM project leader and the Key feature project leader

Drives for achieving the targets with firm consumer focus

Technically leads the Hardware and EM project team

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and telecommunication

Min 8 years or equivalent experience in HW design area in mobile phone industry

Knowledge of Mobile Phone product development process;

Strong background in HW proven project management skills.

Ability to influence in cross-functional teams and has proven Leadership skills in driving small technical teams.

Fluent in English (both verbal and writing) is a must, good team motivator, creative and analytical thinking is required and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
