一般职责

高级 UI专家工程师负责手机 UI 部分的设计与开发，包括元件选择、架构和细部设计、草图绘制、PCB 布局检查、调试及故障诊断等。

职责范围主要任务

1. 在设计理念研究阶段提供各种 UI 解决方案以供选择

2. 将各 UI 元件整合到子系统或系统中，并检验整合后的实体，以便满足类型审批诺基亚手机设计要求

3. 指定测试计划、测试案例和分析结果，以确保产品的功能和可靠性

4. 团队内某一技术领域的专家，在该领域内，指导其他团队成员解决工程问题、讲授所了解的技术课程，共享和维护设计准则

1. 电子工程、电信、光学设计或 UI 领域其他相关专业的学士学位 (硕士学位优先)

2. 通常需要具有 5 年以上 UI 设计相关工作经验：显示屏、触摸屏、相机、照明、UI 界面、传感器 (高级工程师：5 年以上经验；专家：8 年以上经验)

3. 具备各种测量设备和行业测试标准的实际操作经验

4. 具备扎实的显示屏、触摸屏、相机、照明、用户界面和传感器知识；知识面涵盖电子和光学等方面

5. 积极主动、诚实可靠，能够与同事协同工作

6. 良好的训练指导技能，可帮助其他团队成员解决工程问题

7. 流利的演示文稿讲解能力和英文书面沟通能力

8. 具有创新思维，寻求机会在 UI 方面推动诺基亚产品的创新

9. 具备 CMCC 技术要求的相关经验者优先

10. 具备深厚的 UI 后台基础知识者优先

11. 具备扎实的模拟知识 (光学传感器等) 者优先

Qualifications

General Purpose of the Role

Sr. UIExpert Engineer is responsible for mobile phone UI part design and development, including components selection, architecture and detail design, schematic drawing, PCB layout checking, debugging and trouble shooting, etc.

Main Responsibility Areas Key Tasks

1. Provide various UI part solution options during concepting study.

2.Integrate UI components into sub-systems or systems and verifies the integrated entity, to meet Type approve Nokia mobile phone design requirements

3. Specify test plan, test cases and analyze results to ensure the functionality and reliability of the product.

4. Owner of one technical expertise area inside the team, within this area, heshe will coach other team members in solving engineering problems, drive the technical Lessons learnt share and maintain the design guideline.

1. Bachelor in Electronic Engineering, telecommunication, optical design or other relevant field in UI areas (Master Degree is preferred)

2 .Typically 5+ years relevant experience with focus on UI design: display, touch, camera , illumination, UI interface, sensors (Senior: 5+ years; Expert: 8+ years)

3. Hands on experience on various measurement equipments and industry test standards

4. Capable knowledge with display, touch, camera, illumination, user interface and sensor; electrical and optical, etc

5. Proactive and honest in nature and be able to co-work with colleague.

6. Good coaching skill to help other team members in solving engineering problems.

7. Fluent speaking in presentation skills and written communication skills in English

8. Innovative thinking to seeds the opportunities and drive the innovation from UI side for NOKIA products.

9. Experience with CMCC Technical Requirement is a plus

10.Strong fundamentals of UI backgrounds is a plus

11.Capable knowledge with simulation ( optical, sensor are) is a plus
